About the Role
You will own the site schedule in P6, building and updating it with field input. You will run weekly lookaheads with superintendents and general contractors, analyze float, logic, and progress to identify risks early, and connect construction priorities to commissioning sequences and turnover dates.
Requirements
- Experience scheduling large industrial or mission-critical construction projects in P6 on site
- Ability to build schedules from crew logic
- Ability to identify and challenge inaccurate progress updates with data
- Ability to communicate schedule risk clearly to superintendents
- Experience with data center construction
- Knowledge of pull planning and last planner
- Knowledge of earned value tracking
- Experience integrating commissioning schedules
Responsibilities
