About the Role
You will own and manage a specific Ongoing Monitoring workstream, including its headcount and workload forecasts. You will define SLAs and strategies to meet them, report performance and efficiency to senior stakeholders, and analyse large datasets to identify Financial Crime process improvements. You will work with technical and non-technical colleagues to resolve production issues, improve operational and product processes, reduce false positives, increase conversion, and mitigate financial crime risk.
Requirements
- Fluent English
- Communication and reporting skills for technical and non-technical audiences
- Experience with Excel and SQL
- Understanding of APIs in technology scale-ups
- Experience managing multiple workstreams
- Experience with complex Fraud, AML, or Financial Crime processes
- Experience in finance, consulting, technology, or a regulated organisation
Responsibilities
- Own and manage Ongoing Monitoring workstream forecasts within the dedicated function
- Define workstream SLAs and strategies for meeting them
- Report workstream success and efficiency to senior stakeholders
- Assess data using Excel and visualisation tools to provide actionable insights
- Analyse large datasets to identify improvements in Financial Crime processes
- Analyse and solve problems with technical and non-technical teams
- Link Ongoing Monitoring operational and product teams to improve conversion and mitigate financial crime risk
- Identify efficiency improvements and reduce false positives with technical and non-technical teams
