About the Role

You will process client deposits, withdrawals, and internal transfers across trading platforms and payment channels. You will reconcile client accounts, platform balances, and bank statements; prepare funding reports; resolve transaction issues and client queries; monitor funding activity and channel performance; support AML/CTF checks; analyse data; and test new funding products.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field.
  • Experience in the CFD or financial services industry.

Responsibilities

  • Review and process client deposits, withdrawals, and internal transfers across trading platforms and payment channels.
  • Perform daily reconciliation of client accounts, platform balances, and bank statements.
  • Prepare daily and weekly financial reports, funding summaries, and account status updates.
  • Identify and escalate unusual funding activity, trading anomalies, and operational discrepancies.
  • Resolve transaction issues, exceptions, and client funding queries.
  • Follow regulatory requirements and support AML/CTF checks for transactions.
  • Collect and analyse key statistics to improve efficiency and client service.
  • Monitor funding-channel performance and provide optimisation insights.
  • Identify, analyse, and report abnormal funding situations to relevant stakeholders.
  • Test new funding product launches and conduct maintenance tests.
