About the Role
You will onboard merchants by handling KYC procedures, drafting agreements and related documents, and setting up merchant accounts. You will act as the main point of contact for merchants throughout the onboarding process, demonstrating a deep understanding of their business models and delivering high-level service. You will build productive, professional relationships with merchants to drive the best possible experience, manage the full cycle of merchant registration with contractors, and work closely with the Risk and AML departments to keep merchant profiles aligned with company standards. You will also collaborate with the Technical team to ensure the complete technical setup of merchant accounts in accordance with business agreements.
Requirements
- At least one year of professional experience in account management or customer support, preferably in card acquiring, payments, financial services or banking industries
- Exceptional interpersonal and organisational skills and ability to develop strong working relationships at all levels of management
- Ability to work independently with strong organisational and time management skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to see the whole picture and suggest improvements
- Excellent flexibility skills
- Technical knowledge or experience is an asset
- University degree or equivalent in Economics, Business Administration or a relevant field of study
- Indian language at C1 or native level, English proficiency at B2-C1 level or higher
