About the Role
You will review account openings, conduct client and enhanced due diligence, complete periodic reviews, and manage onboarding communications. You will work with internal teams, improve onboarding processes, support AML/CFT training, and complete assigned compliance tasks.
Requirements
- 3–10 years of relevant compliance, onboarding, or due-diligence experience
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline
- Understanding of MAS PSN02 guidelines, notices, and related compliance standards
- Strong analytical, communication, and documentation skills
Responsibilities
- Conduct client due diligence and enhanced due diligence
- Conduct periodic KYC and KYB reviews and escalate required updates
- Manage customer communications throughout the onboarding process
- Improve customer service and onboarding processes
- Work with internal teams on onboarding and account administration
- Participate in AML/CFT-related training
- Complete ad hoc tasks assigned by the supervisor
