About the Role
You will communicate with applicants by email, review and verify member information and documents, and support CDD and EDD processes. You will work with compliance colleagues on KYC policy, identify efficiency improvements, and provide wider operational support, including some weekend rotation work.
Requirements
- Excellent spoken and written English
- Knowledge of KYC principles and processes
- Experience in KYC or compliance is preferred
- Understanding of CDD and EDD processes
- Professional work experience, preferably in financial services or gaming
- Client service or third-party supplier experience
- Data analysis and pattern recognition
- Computer literacy
Responsibilities
- Communicate with applicants via email
- Review and verify member data and documentation for CDD and EDD processes
- Liaise with compliance personnel on KYC policy
- Identify improvements to efficiency and member experience
- Support business needs as required
- Work some weekends on a rotation
