About the Role
You will build, train, and manage a local agent network, onboard users, and support product adoption. You will monitor agent quality, compliance, liquidity, branding, and performance; resolve emerging risks; and coach distributors to achieve field-distribution targets.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience managing an agent network in Malawi
- At least 1 year of experience managing field-based teams
- Proven sales experience
- Written and verbal English and a local language
- Willingness to relocate to assigned territories
Responsibilities
- Build and train a local agent network
- Recruit and onboard users on product use
- Collaborate with field officers to increase product adoption
- Ensure agent quality and compliance with legal and policy requirements
- Monitor cash and float availability at agent locations
- Visit agents to assess performance and report emerging risks
- Close underperforming agents and recover company equipment
- Serve as the primary contact for agency networks in the territory
- Promote customer service among distributors and agents
- Coach, train, and mentor distribution teams
- Identify distribution zones and guide distributor deployment
- Monitor field distribution progress
