About the Role

You will lead the daily work of KYX analysts, oversee CDD and EDD reviews, resolve escalations, and act as a KYC and AML subject-matter expert. You will mentor analysts, coordinate with other departments, improve procedures, track KPIs and OKRs, and implement policy changes.

Requirements

Previous KYC experience
Proven KYC team leadership experience
Knowledge of merchant risk and AML
Excellent English communication skills
Customer service skills
Data analysis skills
Excel
German proficiency
Ability to manage multiple workstreams

Responsibilities

Lead daily workflow assignment and ensure timely completion
Manage a team of KYX analysts
Serve as a subject-matter expert in KYC, corporate due diligence, and AML risk
Resolve analyst issues and stakeholder escalations
Lead CDD and EDD reviews for members at all risk levels
Mentor analysts and remove blockers
Coordinate with other departments and team leads
Suggest and execute procedural improvements
Manage remediation activities
Track individual and team KPIs and OKRs
Implement changes to KYC and AML policies
