About the Role

You will keep the office organized, stocked, and running efficiently. You will manage vendors, facilities, supplies, budgets, invoices, and daily lunch orders; support new-hire onboarding; coordinate events and meetings; handle reception duties; maintain office procedures and safety compliance; and provide administrative support for scheduling, travel, filing, office planning, and special projects.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in office management, administrative support, or a related role
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and office software
  • Discretion when handling confidential or sensitive information

Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily office operations
  • Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts
  • Coordinate daily lunch orders
  • Coordinate facilities repairs and maintenance
  • Support new-hire onboarding
  • Manage the office budget, track expenses, and process invoices
  • Coordinate company events, meetings, and team activities
  • Handle incoming mail, packages, and reception duties
  • Maintain office policies, procedures, and health and safety compliance
  • Support P&C and leadership with scheduling, travel arrangements, and filing
  • Manage office supply inventory and place orders
  • Assist with special projects and administrative duties
  • Help plan, build out, and move new offices
