About the Role

You will manage communications and calendars, coordinate interviews and site access, support managers and teams, prepare proposals and presentations, arrange travel, maintain records, handle sensitive information, provide phone coverage, and assist other administrative staff.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to interact diplomatically and tactfully with people at all levels
  • Ability to work varying schedules, including shifts starting as early as 7:00 a.m.
  • Ability to learn and perform varied tasks
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • Complete a Microsoft skills assessment if selected for an interview

Responsibilities

  • Manage incoming and outgoing information
  • Maintain calendars for appointments, meetings, and conferences
  • Coordinate onsite interviews, conference rooms, documents, and site access
  • Support management and teams by gathering and disseminating information
  • Prepare proposals, reports, and presentations
  • Arrange domestic and international travel
  • Establish and manage records systems
  • Handle sensitive and personally identifiable information according to procedures
  • Provide phone coverage for internal departments
  • Assist other administrative support staff
