About the Role
You will identify, engage, and build strategic partnerships with asset issuers and institutional partners to drive onboarding of real-world assets (RWAs) onto NUVA. You will lead end-to-end onboarding of asset issuers — managing outreach, due diligence, onboarding processes, and ongoing relationship management. You will work closely with legal, compliance, product, and technical teams to ensure asset listings meet NUVA standards and regulatory requirements. You will support issuers with product education, documentation, and technical integration to enable successful launches and develop collaborative TradFi and Web3 initiatives.
Requirements
- 3-5 years experience in partnerships or business development in fintech, DeFi, digital assets, or traditional finance
- Proven success securing and managing high-value partnerships with asset issuers or institutional partners
- Established network among asset originators, managers, funds, banks, DAOs, or major Web3 protocols
- Strong understanding of financial products, Web3, RWA, and DeFi
- Proactive and results-oriented with ability to drive initiatives from sourcing through closing and post-sale management
- Outstanding written and verbal English communication skills; Cantonese and Mandarin are a plus
Responsibilities
