About the Role
You will detect and triage network anomalies, coordinate maintenance, respond to major disruptions, troubleshoot common and complex issues, and improve network uptime. You will work with engineering teams and partners to investigate incidents, manage changes, and improve operational processes.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalency certificate
- 1+ year of professional experience troubleshooting and operating computer systems in a network, IT, or security setting
- Availability for daytime shift rotations and weekends
Responsibilities
- Detect and triage anomalies across satellites, ground stations, terrestrial networks, co-location sites, and internet points of presence
- Manage awareness of routine and emergency maintenance
- Execute rapid incident response for major network disruptions
- Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve common network issues
- Provide advanced troubleshooting support for residential and enterprise escalations
- Improve network uptime and performance
- Follow and improve network operating processes
