About the Role
Serve as the primary administrator and technical owner for NetSuite OneWorld, supporting financial system configuration, integrations, reporting, data governance, process improvement, and business-user support.
Requirements
- 3+ years of hands-on experience administering or implementing NetSuite ERP (OneWorld).
- Strong understanding of financial systems and accounting processes.
- Experience supporting NetSuite OneWorld environments.
- Understanding of multi-entity and multi-currency financial operations.
- Strong SQL and data analysis skills.
- Experience with enterprise reporting and analytics tools.
- Ability to collaborate across multiple time zones with global teams.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Administer and develop the NetSuite OneWorld environment, including custom records, workflows, scripts, and forms.
- Build and improve financial system configurations, processes, and internal controls.
- Configure metadata, dimensions, security, roles, and permissions across entities.
- Support multi-entity, multi-currency, and multi-subsidiary operations.
- Configure and maintain integrations with Salesforce, payroll, banking, treasury, HRIS, CRM, data warehouses, REST APIs, and Oracle Cloud.
- Develop and monitor automated data pipelines and troubleshoot integration issues.
- Develop financial reporting, KPI dashboards, executive scorecards, and consolidated reporting.
- Maintain financial dimensions, data quality, and master data governance.
- Support Finance and Accounting processes, monthly close cycles, management reporting, and executive dashboards.
- Document system designs and technical configurations and provide training and support for business users.
