About the Role
You will administer NetSuite, manage requests, build and deploy system changes, support integrations, and maintain reliable, secure finance processes. You will also review access, collect audit evidence, train users, and maintain documentation.
Requirements
- 4+ years administering NetSuite
- Understanding of NetSuite Financials, including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, fixed assets, and bank reconciliation
- Proficiency with NetSuite imports, exports, and mass updates
- Exposure to SuiteScript, SuiteFlow, or SuiteTalk
- Ability to write specifications for scripts
- Exposure to Celigo, Workato, or Boomi
- Ability to investigate issues and prioritize competing requests
- Comfort using AI tools
Responsibilities
- Administer NetSuite, including user roles, permissions, security settings, and configuration
- Design and build workflows, custom records, forms, saved searches, reports, and dashboards
- Manage the request queue from requirements documentation through resolution
- Support integrations with other business systems
- Test upgrades, run production deployments, and maintain environments
- Monitor data integrity and performance and troubleshoot issues
- Review user access and security settings
- Gather audit evidence
- Train users and maintain system documentation
