About the Role

You will oversee payables, receivables, payroll coordination, vendor payments, and month-end close across multi-entity, multi-currency operations. You will improve finance workflows, controls, tools, data quality, and reporting; support audit and compliance activities; and provide financial insight for operational decision-making.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in finance operations, accounting, or financial control
• Knowledge of bookkeeping, payables, receivables, and close processes
• Experience in early-stage or growth-stage product businesses
• Experience leading process design and system implementation
• Ability to collaborate across functions while maintaining operational independence

Responsibilities

• Oversee accounts payable, receivable, payroll coordination, and vendor payments across entities
• Manage month-end close, including reconciliations, journal entries, and accruals
• Maintain accurate accounting records across multi-entity and multi-currency operations
• Build and refine finance workflows, approval chains, and internal controls
• Lead implementation and optimisation of ERP, accounting, and expense tools
• Improve end-to-end data quality and reporting with engineering, operations, and procurement
• Document and communicate finance processes
• Support reporting on actuals, burn, and vendor spend
• Maintain visibility into cost centres, contracts, and recurring expenses
• Prepare documentation and data for audit, statutory filings, and compliance reporting
• Contribute to VAT, R&D claims, and regional reporting requirements
• Support vendor management, cost optimisation, spend governance, and forecast reconciliation
