About the Role

You will lead settlement and reconciliation operations for digital assets and fiat. You will improve controls, define system and data requirements, resolve reconciliation breaks, support finance and audits, drive automation, manage the settlement team, and coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or above in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, Information Systems, or a related discipline.
  • Significant settlement, clearing, reconciliation, transaction operations, custody, or related financial-operations experience in a managerial or senior leadership role.
  • Customer transaction reconciliation and transaction-level data analysis experience.
  • Understanding of trading lifecycle and settlement processes.
  • Experience with trading, settlement, reconciliation, and accounting systems.
  • Ability to translate operational or finance requirements into requirements for Product and Engineering teams.
  • Experience designing operational and reconciliation reports and transaction-level data requirements.
  • Knowledge of operational controls, data completeness, accuracy, and transaction traceability.

Responsibilities

  • Lead daily settlement operations across digital asset and fiat transactions.
  • Improve settlement procedures, controls, exception handling, and escalation mechanisms.
  • Define settlement-related system, data, reporting, and reconciliation requirements.
  • Oversee digital-asset, fiat, and customer-transaction reconciliations.
  • Investigate and resolve reconciliation differences and settlement breaks.
  • Support finance reporting, accounting, period-end closing, and audit requirements.
  • Build settlement and reconciliation controls, SOPs, and governance frameworks.
  • Drive automation and process improvements.
  • Manage and develop the settlement team.
