About the Role
You will own the enterprise billing lifecycle from customer setup through invoicing, renewals, amendments, and cancellations. You will review billing terms, configure complex billing arrangements, resolve disputes, reconcile data, support close and audits, and address billing-system integration failures.

Responsibilities
- Own enterprise billing operations from setup through invoicing, renewals, amendments, and cancellations
- Review nonstandard billing terms and assess operational feasibility
- Translate pricing and contractual terms into billing configurations and schedules
- Investigate billing inquiries and disputes
- Reconcile contract, subscription, usage, and billing data
- Support month-end close and audits
- Resolve billing system integration failures
- Support renewals, expansions, and changes to customer commitments
