About the Role
You support the Music department by checking ticket figures, contracting shows, preparing UK immigration sponsorship documents, compiling tour support ideas, updating show lists, providing desk cover, and assisting with other departmental functions as directed.
Requirements
- General understanding of and interest in the entertainment and music industry
- Understanding of the nature of a talent agency
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Excellent organizational skills
- Discretion when handling sensitive client matters
- Ability to prioritize a busy workload
- Ability to develop business relationships
- Previous experience in a related field is desirable
Responsibilities
- Check ticket figures and send them to management
- Contract shows quickly and efficiently when requested
- Prepare and issue sponsorship documents for artists arriving in the UK
- Collate internal and external tour support suggestions
- Provide approved support to assistants
- Compile the London show list weekly
- Perform ad hoc duties as they arise
