About the Role
You will provide direct administrative support to members of the Investments and Investor Relations teams while leading and developing a team of Executive Assistants. You will manage complex calendars, coordinate international and domestic travel, arrange meetings and events, prepare materials, maintain Salesforce information, manage correspondence and expenses, welcome clients and visitors, and provide general administrative support. You will also coordinate office activities and support colleagues as needed.
Requirements
- 6-8 years of executive assistant experience
- At least two years of experience in a private equity or financial services environment preferred
- Experience scheduling calendars, coordinating meetings and managing high-volume international travel
- Prior experience directly managing a team of Executive Assistants or administrative professionals
- Ability to provide executive support while managing and developing others
- Experience in document and data management
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Business acumen
- Professional services experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
- Database experience
- Confidentiality and discretion
- Judgment and communication skills

Responsibilities
- Manage complex calendars across multiple global time zones
- Lead, manage and develop a team of Executive Assistants
- Coordinate international and domestic travel and roadshows
- Partner with internal and external assistants to coordinate meetings and travel
- Prioritize and manage information and correspondence
- Prepare materials for meetings, conferences and business travel
- Prepare and submit travel and expense reports
- Welcome clients and visitors
- Coordinate meeting preparation, rooms, refreshments, catering, audiovisual requirements and materials
- Maintain accurate information in Salesforce
- Provide backup administrative support to colleagues
- Perform general administrative and office support responsibilities
- Research, plan and coordinate team events
