About the Role

You will create motion design for campaigns, product launches, customer stories, events, social content, and brand initiatives. You will develop animation systems, templates, guidelines, and documentation; partner with design, marketing, product, and leadership stakeholders; mentor teammates; and explore AI-enabled creative approaches while maintaining quality.

Requirements

• 8+ years of motion design experience
• Portfolio demonstrating motion craft storytelling and scalable design systems
• Expertise in animation principles timing visual storytelling typography and motion systems
• Experience building motion design frameworks reusable assets and standards
• Expert knowledge of After Effects Premiere Figma and Adobe Creative Suite
• Strong collaboration and communication skills
