About the Role

You will perform structured real-world evaluations of robotic AI systems. You will operate robots, run model inference and Linux tools, document behavior and failures, capture and annotate operational data, assist with setup and calibration, troubleshoot issues, and maintain safe, organized lab operations.

Requirements

• Associate degree, Bachelor's degree, technical certification, or equivalent hands-on experience in a relevant technical field
• Comfort working with physical robotic hardware in a lab or industrial environment
• Ability to observe and document system behavior carefully
• Ability to maintain quality during repetitive technical tasks
• Basic familiarity with Linux command-line tools
• Exposure to Python or scripting tools
• Troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Hand-eye coordination and spatial awareness

Responsibilities

• Execute closed-loop robotic model evaluation workflows
• Perform robotic manipulation and operational tasks accurately
• Observe and document robot behavior, model performance, failures, recovery behavior, and edge cases
• Maintain evaluation logs, annotations, and performance records
• Identify and report failure patterns, safety risks, and unexpected behavior
• Follow setup, execution, reset, troubleshooting, and evaluation workflows
• Capture, organize, and annotate operational data
• Run Linux command-line tools and basic scripts
• Assist with hardware setup, calibration, and stable robot operation
• Maintain lab organization and safety standards
