About the Role

Own the merchant onboarding lifecycle from commercial handover through operational readiness. Advise merchants and commercial teams, design compliant onboarding solutions for complex deals, streamline processes, analyze data, coordinate with internal stakeholders, support accurate merchant setup, and improve global scalability.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in commercial, compliance, project management, or related fields
  • Ability to build relationships across teams and regions
  • Experience owning complex processes end-to-end
  • Commercial acumen
  • Ability to balance compliance requirements with commercial priorities
  • Fluency in English
  • Salesforce experience preferred

Responsibilities

  • Advise merchants and commercial teams on the product offering
  • Partner with Sales Management and Compliance on complex onboarding solutions
  • Streamline operational touchpoints
  • Use data analysis and insights to support decision-making
  • Align merchant needs with internal processes
  • Interact with merchants to ensure accurate setup
  • Educate internal teams on regulatory and procedural updates
  • Contribute to scalable process improvements
