About the Role
You will design compliant onboarding solutions for complex merchant opportunities and guide merchants from assessment to go-live. You will evaluate risk, coordinate internal stakeholders, manage projects and milestones, and improve onboarding processes across APAC.
Requirements
- 5+ years in commercial, compliance, advisory, project management, or a related field

Responsibilities
- Own compliance solutioning for complex merchant onboarding opportunities
- Evaluate merchant risk profiles and build business cases for high-value deals
- Translate compliance, regulatory, and card-scheme requirements into onboarding guidance
- Act as the primary operations contact for merchants throughout onboarding
- Gather requirements, align expectations, and drive milestones
- Partner with Sales, Account Management, and Compliance teams
- Own onboarding and expansion projects from commercial handover to go-live
- Document best practices and improve onboarding processes using root-cause analysis and metrics
