About the Role
You will support relationships with financial institutions by managing KYB requests and banking documentation. You will draft compliance questionnaires, assist with bank account opening and access administration, track external deadlines, and help improve related processes.
Requirements
- 1+ years of experience in an operations role
- Understanding of KYB documentation requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- Strong project management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Suite
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
Responsibilities
- Manage external KYB requests and essential banking documentation with internal departments
- Draft compliance questionnaires
- Support bank account opening and bank account access administration
- Track and meet deadlines for external KYB requests
- Support process improvements
