About the Role
You will oversee daily R&D facility operations and maintain an organized, functional space. You will lead work-cell builds from design through commissioning and maintenance, and plan floor layouts for equipment, temporary builds, and operational workflows.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in space planning, industrial facility management, or hardware project management
- Experience using CAD software for 2D and 3D facility layout, work-cell placement, and spatial planning
- Experience managing technical buildouts or work-cell projects from concept to completion
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Knowledge of building electrical infrastructure, power-load requirements, and drop planning for industrial machinery or work cells
- Experience with custom fabrication, mechanical assembly, prototyping, or shop tools
