About the Role
You will manage field merchant distributors and help drive user acquisition in your assigned area. You will organize distribution activities train distributors monitor performance coordinate with regional leaders and provide feedback that improves the distribution process and user experience.
Requirements
- Fluency in French
- Excellent oral and written communication
- Strong relationship-building and sales skills
- Experience managing a team or working in distribution
- Field sales experience is advantageous
- Good analytical skills
- Ability to work in the field
- Ability to manage priorities independently
Responsibilities
- Acquire users in an assigned area
- Manage 25 to 50 merchant distributors
- Onboard and train merchant distributors
- Plan distribution activities with territory and regional leads
- Monitor distributor performance daily
- Provide product and engineering teams with process feedback
- Coordinate with below-the-line marketing to maintain market visibility
