About the Role
You will own mechanical engineering for assigned sites, covering cooling and piping scope from review through field support and closeout. You will review mechanical packages, identify impactful deviations, answer field RFIs, turn recurring issues into design fixes, and support startup and commissioning activities.
Requirements
- Experience performing mechanical engineering for data centers or industrial plants
- Ability to read P&IDs, hydraulic calculations, and equipment schedules
- Experience supporting construction and field commissioning
- Experience with liquid cooling systems
- PE track
- Knowledge of pipe stress analysis
- Experience with modular skid design
Responsibilities
- Own mechanical engineering for assigned sites, including cooling and piping scope
- Review mechanical packages against the reference design and identify impactful deviations
- Answer field mechanical RFIs and convert recurring issues into design fixes
- Support startup and commissioning, including flushing, filling, and balancing questions
