About the Role

You will ensure mechanical materials support the production schedule. You will run MRP, maintain clear-to-build coverage, proactively resolve shortages, coordinate supplier forecasts and commitments, manage ERP planning parameters, reconcile inventory, and represent material constraints in S&OP reviews.

Requirements

2–5+ years of material planning or MRP experience.
Knowledge of MRP logic, manufacturing BOM structures, and ERP planning modules.
Experience coordinating forecasts and delivery commitments with fabrication suppliers.
Advanced Excel and data-management skills.
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Mechanical Engineering, Business, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

Responsibilities

Run MRP and BOM explosions against the master production schedule.
Maintain clear-to-build coverage by SKU and work center.
Identify and escalate potential material shortages.
Share rolling forecasts with suppliers and secure delivery commitments.
Set and maintain ERP planning parameters.
Reconcile ERP balances against physical inventory.
Represent mechanical material constraints during S&OP reconciliations.
