About the Role
You will build and maintain production schedules that sequence orders to takt while honoring material and operational constraints. You will keep BOMs, routings, and lead times accurate, replan quickly around shortages or breakdowns, and coordinate parts and shipments to keep modules on schedule.
Requirements
- Experience planning production in a manufacturing plant with material constraints
- Ability to maintain accurate MRP data
- Ability to rapidly replan and communicate schedule impacts
- Ability to measure and improve schedule adherence
- Ability to anticipate material shortages
- Experience with NetSuite or ERP planning modules
- Experience with low-volume heavy products
- S&OP participation
- Excel
- SQL
Responsibilities
- Build production schedules with orders sequenced to takt
- Maintain accurate BOMs, routings, and lead times in MRP
- Replan daily for shortages, breakdowns, and changing priorities
- Coordinate with supply chain and shipping to keep parts and modules on schedule
