About the Role

You execute acquisition and client communications programs using AI-first workflows. You coordinate advertising, webinars, nurture campaigns, customer stories, release communications, lifecycle programs, and the unified marketing calendar while reporting on campaign performance.

Requirements

  • 3+ years in a B2B marketing role
  • Experience with SaaS or technology
  • Fluency with AI tools and workflows
  • Experience building custom GPTs or Claude Projects or automations
  • Organization and attention to detail
  • Reliable follow-through
  • Clear communication skills
  • Experience with marketing automation such as HubSpot
  • Experience with CRM systems such as Salesforce
  • Experience with webinar platforms
  • Experience with project management tools
  • Experience with developer-facing communication tools

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate LinkedIn and Google Ads campaigns
  • Support prospect-facing webinars and digital campaigns
  • Build and maintain acquisition nurture and lead workflows in HubSpot
  • Activate customer stories and case studies across channels
  • Distribute developer release notes and product updates
  • Execute customer-facing lifecycle programs
  • Maintain a unified marketing calendar
  • Draft status updates and reports with AI
  • Track campaign dependencies and conflicts
