About the Role

You will improve workflows across marketing and sales platforms, design and maintain automations for campaigns, lead management, attribution, routing, and segmentation, coordinate marketing-to-sales handoffs, manage data hygiene, oversee Salesforce workflow requests, and lead cross-functional operational initiatives.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in marketing operations, marketing automation, or a related role
  • Experience in a B2B SaaS or enterprise technology environment
  • Hands-on experience with Marketo and 6Sense
  • Working knowledge of Salesforce workflows
  • Experience with lifecycle design, lead scoring, segmentation, and campaign workflows
  • Problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Experience with data hygiene, retention, privacy compliance, and operational governance
  • Experience partnering with RevOps, Analytics, IT, or Privacy teams
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

Responsibilities

  • Improve workflow components across Marketo, Salesforce, 6Sense, Qualified, RingLead, Salesloft, and related platforms
  • Design and improve automations for campaigns, lead management, attribution, routing, and segmentation
  • Document and maintain reusable workflow templates and modules
  • Coordinate marketing programs and sales cadences
  • Own and optimize marketing-to-sales handoff processes
  • Manage data hygiene strategy and practices across marketing systems
  • Manage Salesforce workflow requests and enhancements
  • Lead cross-functional strategic initiatives
