About the Role
You will manage and evolve the marketing technology stack, optimize HubSpot lead processes, assess campaign performance and marketing ROI, own funnel and pipeline reporting, uphold data governance, and streamline lead handoffs with GTM teams.
Requirements
- 4+ years in Marketing Operations or RevOps supporting a B2B sales-led company
- Experience administering HubSpot, Salesforce, Clay, and Default
- Expertise in lead routing, lead-to-account matching, and data orchestration workflows
- Experience designing automated workflows, operational processes, and cross-system integrations
- Experience using AI-driven tools or agentic workflows for GTM automation and data enrichment
- Analytical, system design, and documentation skills
Responsibilities
- Manage and evolve the marketing technology stack
- Optimize HubSpot to identify, score, track, and attribute leads
- Analyze marketing-channel and campaign performance
- Own marketing performance, funnel, and pipeline reporting
- Define and uphold data governance, segmentation, and database health
- Streamline lead handoff processes with GTM teams
- Provide sales teams with actionable insights and reports
