About the Role
You will coordinate marketing projects, campaigns, and content production timelines from start to finish. You will maintain project management tools and workflows, align publishing and social scheduling, coordinate CRM activation, manage vendor relationships and marketing assets, track budgets and invoices, contribute to campaign reporting, and help identify process improvements.
Requirements
- 2–3 years of experience in marketing operations, coordination, or project management
- Solid understanding of marketing terminology, workflows, and campaign processes
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with excellent attention to detail
- Proficiency with marketing tools (Google Workspace, project management platforms, CMS, CRM)
- Clear written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work cross-functionally with design, content creators, sales, and engineering
Responsibilities
- Coordinate marketing projects, campaigns, and content production timelines from start to finish
- Plan, schedule, and track marketing initiatives across channels and team members
- Maintain project management tools and workflows (e.g., Asana, Notion)
- Align with content publishing, social media scheduling, and website updates
- Coordinate with cross functional teams on CRM databases to enable outreach and pipeline activation
- Manage vendor relationships, assets, and marketing documentation
- Track budgets, requisitions, and invoices
- Contribute to campaign reporting and performance tracking, ensuring data accuracy
- Participate in team meetings and propose process improvements
