About the Role
You will own lifecycle and CRM strategy across email, push, and in-app messaging. You will design onboarding, activation, conversion, feature-adoption, referral, win-back, and retention campaigns. You will build segmentation, testing, and reporting infrastructure from scratch, partner with Product and Engineering on required instrumentation, and report on activation, retention, and engagement metrics.
Requirements
- 5+ years of marketing experience
- At least 2 years of lifecycle or CRM experience at a consumer app or subscription product
- Experience with a marketing automation or CRM platform
- Experience with an analytics tool
- Knowledge of activation rate, retention, LTV, and email and push engagement metrics
- Ability to build segmentation logic and run A/B tests
- Experience partnering with Product and Engineering
- Ability to use dashboards and campaign briefs
Responsibilities
