About the Role
You will own the execution and optimization of lifecycle marketing programs, initially focusing on email. You will build audience segments, launch campaigns, analyze results, run experiments, and improve communications throughout the user journey.
Requirements
- 3–6 years of experience in lifecycle marketing, CRM, email marketing, growth marketing, or a related role
- Experience building and executing email or lifecycle campaigns
- Understanding of onboarding, activation, retention, re-engagement, monetization, segmentation, and experimentation
- Experience with email, CRM, lifecycle, or marketing automation tools
- Experience with user segments, campaign logic, behavioral triggers, and performance reporting
- Campaign performance analysis
- Project management
Responsibilities
- Own and optimize lifecycle marketing programs with an initial focus on email
- Build, QA, schedule, and launch lifecycle campaigns
- Translate product launches and updates into lifecycle campaigns
- Develop audience segments based on behavior, lifecycle stage, product usage, and engagement
- Analyze campaign performance and recommend improvements
- Run A/B tests across messaging, creative, segmentation, timing, cadence, and calls to action
- Brief creative and content assets for lifecycle campaigns
- Improve reporting on email performance, activation, retention, conversion, and business impact
- Support lifecycle communications for launches, events, community initiatives, and creator programs
