About the Role

You will own manufacturing processes for critical robotic components and assemblies, moving products from prototype through production. You will develop machining, assembly, inspection, and validation processes, improve quality and throughput, and maintain the controls and documentation needed for repeatable production.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field
• 5+ years of manufacturing engineering experience supporting precision mechanical or electromechanical products
• Experience with CAM programming, fixture design, tooling development, and precision machining processes
• Understanding of Design for Manufacturability and production process development
• Experience integrating electromechanical assemblies into production environments
• Familiarity with GD&T, tolerance stack analysis, CMM inspection, and precision measurement techniques
• Proficiency with CAD tools, PLM systems, ERP systems, and manufacturing documentation workflows

Responsibilities

• Develop and release scalable manufacturing processes for robotic components and assemblies
• Improve cycle time, first-pass yield, and process reliability
• Design and deploy fixtures, tooling, CAM programs, inspection methods, and automation solutions
• Support NPI programs from prototype builds through production ramp
• Establish process controls, quality metrics, and production documentation
