About the Role

Manage a 12-week accelerator program investing $250,000 into 5-7 early-stage cleantech startups annually, support the Cox Cleantech Residency, build the startup portfolio, mentor founders, and develop relationships across the cleantech ecosystem.

Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Recruit startup applicants
  • Lead due diligence and cohort selection
  • Develop mentor, investor, and ecosystem relationships
  • Build the cleantech startup pipeline
  • Plan logistics and execute accelerator programs
  • Serve as lead mentor and investment point of contact
  • Monitor startup progress after the program
  • Engage Atlanta's climate tech community
  • Coordinate with internal staff and external partners
  • Manage external partner relationships
  • Provide program updates and reporting
  • Track key metrics
