About the Role
Manage a 12-week accelerator program investing $250,000 into 5-7 early-stage cleantech startups annually, support the Cox Cleantech Residency, build the startup portfolio, mentor founders, and develop relationships across the cleantech ecosystem.
Requirements
- Entrepreneurial spirit and self-direction
- Experience as a founder, venture-backed company employee, or venture capital professional
- Collaborative mindset
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects and relationships
- Startup and venture capital community knowledge
- Willingness to travel up to 25%

Responsibilities
- Recruit startup applicants
- Lead due diligence and cohort selection
- Develop mentor, investor, and ecosystem relationships
- Build the cleantech startup pipeline
- Plan logistics and execute accelerator programs
- Serve as lead mentor and investment point of contact
- Monitor startup progress after the program
- Engage Atlanta's climate tech community
- Coordinate with internal staff and external partners
- Manage external partner relationships
- Provide program updates and reporting
- Track key metrics
- Support alumni mentor, sponsor, and investor relations
