About the Role
You will lead Legal Engineering Managers and their organizations across EMEA, define regional strategy, and build scalable operating systems. You will partner with Product, Engineering, Sales, Customer Success, and Operations to deliver customer outcomes and improve organizational performance.
Requirements
- Qualified lawyer with 12+ years of post-qualification experience
- Experience practicing at a top-tier law firm or leading company
- Experience leading managers and manager-led organizations
- Experience building and scaling high-performing teams
- Experience owning organizational systems, processes, and operating models
- Ability to build cross-functional partnerships and influence senior leaders
- Understanding of law firms, enterprise legal teams, and legal technology
- Exceptional communication, leadership, and organizational skills
