About the Role

You will lead system monitoring and troubleshooting, communicate technical system behavior, manage escalated outages, and deliver projects against timelines and budgets. You will train operators, improve warehouse automation processes, ensure safety compliance, and develop operational schedules and organizational capability.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, supply chain, operations management, industrial engineering, or a related field; master's degree preferred.
Minimum of 5 years of experience with automated systems.
Minimum of 3 years of direct people-leadership experience.
Minimum of 2 years of experience with PLC, robots, SQL, Linux, and Python.
Experience with project management, continuous improvement, and Six Sigma.
Hands-on experience assembling, operating, and troubleshooting robotics and electro-mechanical systems.

Responsibilities

Lead monitoring of automated adapters, vertical lifts, and robotic vehicles.
Lead troubleshooting of advanced system and operational issues.
Communicate technical concepts to site personnel and customers.
Analyze field issues and identify long-term corrective actions.
Train and assist operators on automated systems, warehouse management systems, and IT issues.
Own escalated issues and manage product or service outages through site go-live.
Participate in continuous improvement and standardization of warehouse automation.
Ensure daily compliance with OSHA, customer, and safety processes and procedures.
Develop organizational bench strength.
