About the Role
You will lead and scale a systems engineering team responsible for core platform systems. You will drive platform initiatives, improve systems validation and delivery velocity, align product and engineering stakeholders, turn complex challenges into plans, and raise operational standards.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related engineering field
- At least 10 years of systems engineering management experience
- Experience in a large cloud provider or hyperscale data center environment
- Experience in a systems or compute operations leadership role
- Ability to travel up to 50% of the time
- Experience with virtualization, containerization, and distributed systems design
- Knowledge of Linux or Unix systems administration, OS-level tuning, and server or GPU hardware architecture
- Experience with infrastructure as code and configuration management
- Experience with scripting, automation, and data center design
- Experience with systems monitoring, observability, telemetry, GPU burn-in, and validation testing at scale
