About the Role
You will identify and shape partnership opportunities with institutional global issuers of digital assets and related products. You will work with engineering, legal, and compliance to onboard and integrate partners for new digital-asset products. You will research markets, negotiate commercial terms, conduct due diligence, assess product-market fit, liaise on liquidity, and provide token-economics and market-positioning insights.
Requirements
- 3–5+ years of experience in exchange or trading platform businesses, venture capital, fixed income, or structured finance.
- Demonstrated track record of identifying strategic partnerships and leading commercial negotiations for high-value finance or digital-asset deals.
- Ability to identify partnership opportunities and evaluate counterparty risks, including credit risks and asset quality.
- Knowledge of the digital-asset ecosystem, blockchain technology, and token economics.
- Communication and negotiation skills for stakeholder management in Web3 and institutional finance environments.
- Fluency in on-chain financial infrastructure and compliance standards.
- Native-level English.
- Mandarin proficiency is an advantage.
Responsibilities
- Conduct global market research and identify strategic partnership opportunities with issuers of digital-asset-related products.
- Participate in commercial discussions and advise on partnership terms and structure.
- Build and maintain relationships with global partners.
- Support commercial due diligence of potential partners.
- Optimize partner vetting and onboarding SOPs and standards.
- Analyze and advise on product-market fit for partner-issued products.
- Liaise with market makers and participants regarding liquidity management.
- Provide strategic insights on token economics and market positioning.
