About the Role
You will map and redesign People processes before automating them. You will build workflows across the HRIS and related tools, own joiner, mover, leaver, offboarding, and employee-support processes, and close operational gaps with IT, Finance, and Payroll. You will document SOPs and runbooks, design scalable controls and evidence, measure reductions in manual work and errors, and coach and manage a small team.
Requirements
- Experience building People Operations or HR systems at a fast-growing company
- Experience with an HRIS implementation or migration
- Experience building workflows and automations in HR systems or adjacent tools
- Knowledge of triggers, conditions, integrations, failure modes, and edge cases
- Experience operating across multiple countries and entities, including EOR or contractor populations
- Experience across the employee journey from hire to exit
- Clear writing and documentation skills
- Ability to learn new tools quickly
Responsibilities
- Map current People processes
- Redesign processes before automating them
- Build HRIS workflows and automations
- Design workflows for exceptions and edge cases
- Own joiner, mover, leaver, offboarding, and employee-support processes
- Close operational gaps with People, IT, Finance, and Payroll
- Build internal mobility processes
- Remove manual handling and reduce human error
- Measure reductions in hours, tickets, and errors
- Write and maintain SOPs and runbooks
- Design scalable processes for audit and compliance requirements
- Work with IT and Finance on controls and evidence
- Coach and manage a small team
- Manage day-to-day operations and resource allocation
