About the Role
You will lead managers and solution architects supporting enterprise customers across France, Iberia, and Italy. You will set performance goals, sponsor strategic customer engagements, shape account strategies, address regulatory needs, partner with product and engineering, and travel across Southern Europe for customer and conference engagements.
Requirements
- 7+ years of technical pre-sales management experience
- Second-line leadership experience
- Experience selling complex technical products to large enterprises across France, Iberia, Italy, the Middle East, and Africa
- Experience across regulated and enterprise industries
- Enterprise AI use-case, API integration, and LLM deployment expertise
- Knowledge of LLM architecture and operation
- Communication, collaboration, and coaching skills
Responsibilities
- Hire, manage, and guide first-line managers of pre-sales Applied AI Architects
- Set team goals and performance expectations with sales leadership
- Sponsor strategic customer engagements and advise on AI adoption and pilots
- Build strategies for complex industry accounts with sales leadership
- Help customers navigate EU and local regulatory requirements
- Partner with product and engineering to prioritize feedback and resolve adoption blockers
- Travel across Southern Europe for customer and conference engagements
- Develop thought leadership through presentations, webinars, and technical content
- Track AI trends and the competitive landscape
