About the Role
You will manage market-maker relationships and external liquidity programs across RLUSD, RippleX, and payments products. You will monitor performance, support adoption initiatives, coordinate liquidity across venues, manage bridge inventory visibility, and work with internal stakeholders to mitigate depeg and liquidity risks.
Requirements
- 7–9 years of experience in traditional markets, crypto, or a related industry
- Understanding of the digital liquidity landscape, including custodians, exchanges, banks, OTC desks, and market makers
- Exposure to trading markets, market making, and liquidity provision
- Understanding of blockchain technology
- Personal or professional crypto and DeFi experience
- Ability to manage multiple relationships and programs
- Cross-functional collaboration skills
- Verbal and written communication skills
- BS/BA in Economics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or another analytic discipline
Responsibilities
- Support market-maker relationships and external liquidity programs across RLUSD, RippleX, and payments products
- Coordinate market-maker onboarding, ongoing engagement, and analytics
- Monitor market-maker performance, prepare reporting, and escalate issues
- Execute RLUSD taker adoption incentive programs and track uptake
- Coordinate liquidity across custodians, exchanges, banks, OTC desks, and market makers
- Maintain visibility of bridge inventory and liquidity positioning across venues
- Collaborate on depeg management and risk mitigation
- Prepare materials, data, and analysis for market-maker and partner conversations
- Work with Trading, Product, Business Development, Legal, and Operations to scale liquidity programs
- Identify financial institutions, institutional investors, and partners interested in tokenized real-world assets
