About the Role
You will advance the ETF product pipeline by improving existing offerings and developing creation and redemption processes. You will oversee primary-market activities, perform quantitative analysis, prepare materials for product initiatives, and coordinate product structuring, investment processes, and operating-model decisions with internal and external partners.
Requirements
- Experience in financial services with exposure to ETF product development, product structuring, portfolio management, risk management, or trading
- Understanding of securities markets, investment products, portfolio construction, and multiple asset classes
- Project leadership and relationship-building skills
- Ability to operate in ambiguous environments and deliver under time pressure
Responsibilities
- Identify product enhancement, index evolution, and structuring opportunities
- Oversee primary-market creation and redemption activities
- Prepare quantitative analyses, written materials, and presentations
- Manage multiple strategic initiatives and deadlines
- Guide product structuring, investment-process, and operating-model decisions
- Develop relationships with authorized participants, market makers, broker dealers, and counterparties
