About the Role
You will build and run the commitment-to-cash operating model from signed commercial commitments through billing readiness, revenue-recognition inputs, and cash visibility. You will establish controls, dashboards, handoffs, reporting cadences, and escalation processes for execution risks and capacity monetisation.

Responsibilities
- Build and run the Commitment-to-Cash operating model
- Establish contract-to-finance handoff processes and data standards
- Run weekly commitment-to-cash cadence and escalate blockers
- Present deal readiness, billing blockers, cash timing, and execution risks to leadership
- Translate contracts into billing milestones, revenue-recognition inputs, and cash-timing assumptions
- Track billing triggers, acceptance dependencies, payment terms, service credits, and penalties
- Coordinate customer finance onboarding dependencies
- Maintain auditable views of commitments, billing readiness, revenue recognition, and expected cash
- Own commitment-to-cash dashboards, invoice milestone trackers, and blocker logs
- Track prepayment, recurring billing, overdue balances, disputes, and cash at risk
- Deliver executive reporting and maintain audit-ready evidence
- Track capacity-to-revenue conversion and escalate monetisation blockers
