About the Role
You will own the commercial structuring and economics of strategic customer deals. You will partner with sales, finance, legal, revenue accounting, RevOps, and billing to negotiate terms, analyze profitability, manage approvals, and build scalable deal processes.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in deal strategy, pricing, strategic finance, investing, and/or revenue operations at a high-growth technology company
- Experience structuring and negotiating complex enterprise deals in a consumption-based environment
- Commercial judgment and customer-negotiation ability
- System design, financial modeling, and analytical skills
- Ability to influence senior leaders across Sales, Finance, and Legal
- Proficiency with CPQ and CRM tools
- Understanding of billing and revenue recognition impacts
- Written and verbal communication skills
Responsibilities
- Structure customer deals across pricing, discounts, commitments, and contract terms
- Join customer negotiations with finance and procurement stakeholders
- Conduct profitability, margin, and discount-impact analysis
- Review non-standard enterprise deals and manage approval thresholds and escalation paths
- Coordinate with Legal, Revenue Accounting, RevOps, and Billing to ensure accurate contracting, booking, and billing
- Track discounting, win rates, and deal outcomes to inform pricing and commercial policy
- Build deal playbooks, guidelines, workflows, and automation
