About the Role

You will design and run order-to-cash audit programs, define accuracy measures, investigate root causes, and implement durable process or system fixes. You will build scalable compliance controls, guide process and commercial-model reviews, support audits and close reviews, and automate monitoring, reconciliation, anomaly detection, and evidence collection.

Requirements

• Experience designing and running audit, quality, or revenue assurance programs in order-to-cash, billing operations, or quote-to-cash
• Working knowledge of ASC 606 revenue recognition
• Experience partnering with internal and external auditors
• Experience with contracting systems, billing platforms, or ERP systems
• Proficiency with SQL or similar transactional-data analysis tools
• Experience using automation or AI for monitoring, testing, or reporting

Responsibilities

• Design and run recurring audits across the order-to-cash lifecycle
• Define and report accuracy metrics, baselines, and targets
• Trace audit findings to root causes and implement fixes
• Move monitoring from periodic sampling to continuous system-driven checks
• Review processes, commercial models, and exceptions against policy and controls
• Own order-to-cash policies, control ownership, and segregation of duties
• Partner with auditors and internal stakeholders to resolve findings
• Perform independent month-end close reviews
• Build reusable process patterns and compliance guardrails
• Build controls and accuracy checks into systems
• Deploy AI and automation for exception detection, reconciliation, anomaly detection, and evidence collection
