About the Role
Lead the coordination engine for technical hiring by managing recruiting coordinators, overseeing interview scheduling and cross-timezone logistics, maintaining process accuracy and service levels, improving candidate and hiring team experiences, resolving bottlenecks, building capacity models, and hiring and onboarding coordinators.
Requirements
- 5+ years in recruiting coordination or operations at a high-growth technology company.
- 2+ years in a leadership role managing team performance and metrics.
- Exceptional organization, communication, and follow-through.
- Ability to own execution and process building.
- High operational rigor in fast-moving, ambiguous environments.
- Strong familiarity with Ashby or a similar ATS.
- Workday HRIS experience is a bonus.
- Candidate and hiring experience survey and NPS knowledge is a bonus.
- Interview training program experience is a bonus.
- Proficiency with additional recruiting and AI tools is a bonus.
Responsibilities
- Manage a team of global recruiting coordinators who own interview scheduling end-to-end.
- Oversee multi-panel interview loops, cross-timezone logistics, interviewer alignment, and candidate preparation.
- Monitor service levels, identify workflow improvements, and manage capacity and load balancing.
- Maintain calibration and accuracy, coordinate debriefs, and enforce process hygiene.
- Lead candidate and hiring team experience initiatives and survey programs.
- Build the coordination team capacity model with the Senior Manager.
- Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to anticipate and resolve bottlenecks.
- Hire and onboard recruiting coordinators and support their success.
