Own end-to-end technical hiring, develop search strategies, partner with hiring managers, guide candidates, and improve recruiting systems and processes.

Requirements

• Experience hiring engineering and technical talent in competitive markets; approximately 3+ years preferred.
• Experience running full-cycle technical recruiting, including sourcing strategy, stakeholder management, and closing.
• Ability to manage complex searches with multiple moving parts.
• Ability to translate technical and business needs into hiring strategies and candidate narratives.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Comfort operating in fast-paced remote-first environments across global time zones.
• Interest in engineering, AI, and building exceptional teams.
• Bonus: experience recruiting for research, infrastructure, systems, or other deeply technical roles; global recruiting experience; high-growth startup experience; or a builder’s mindset.

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruiting for technical roles across product engineering, machine learning, artificial intelligence, infrastructure, and research.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand problems, calibrate signals, and raise the hiring bar.
• Design and execute search strategies, including market mapping, outreach, interview design, and closing.
• Manage multiple complex searches while maintaining candidate experience and quality.
• Guide candidates through the recruiting process and represent ElevenLabs as an ambassador.
• Improve hiring processes, tooling, and data-driven practices.
